Assets are uniquely marked according to the user requirement. This unique marking can range from a durable permanent aluminium tag to a waterproof paper label. The Assets are then captured into predefined categories on the ATS database. This will facilitate a more orderly and meaningfull association of teh asset number with the correct description of the asset during the take-on phase. |

SPOSS is a fully integrated, networkable Canteen Point of Sale Management System designed to simplify and enhance canteen management. This card-based system, utilising existing employee access cards that are linked to valid employee accounts, offers a reliable method of payment while the resulting cashless environment ensures increased security. This cashless environment eliminates the necessity of physical cash reconciliation and dramatically enhances the transaction process at the Point-of-Sale. The system is PC based, thus the control and administration of employees and system functions is resident at a central point, namely the Administration workstation. Machine vision is an electronic alternative to human or manual inspection that benefits companies in all aspects of quality assurance by identifying and eliminating defective products reliably. This involves a camera taking a digital image of a designated object for further processing. In essence, it replaces the human eye with 100 percent accuracy, 100 percent of the time. Cameras can measure down to a tenth of a pixel, take precise measurements, sort by miniscule colour variations or by object shape and perform optical character recognition, bar code recognition to name a few - all at speeds that easily outpace most assembly line inspection rates. |
